Young Choreographers Festival: From Studio to Stage

This course is designed to launch young choreographers and performance makers in the TAPS Department. At the end of Winter Quarter, students will have the opportunity to have their work produced and performed at the Young Choreographers Festival. Choreographers will be selected to debut new works according to criteria created by the Dance Faculty. To be considered, student choreographers must receive mentorship from one of the Dance Faculty members. If accepted, students may register under their Instructor/Mentor's section. Choreographers, performers and production crew can enroll to receive credit for their participation in the festival, if they so desire. Choreographers (2 units): Dancers & Production Crew (1 unit); Young Choreographers Festival Date: Friday, February DANCE 27, 2025. YCF Location: Roble Gym Big Studio & Performance Space.
