Restricted to M.F.A. Documentary Film students. This course will introduce students to the conceptual framework of filmmaking and the skills required in researching and planning documentary films. You will develop key directing and producing expertise through the preproduction and production of your projects, which will complement class discussions and individual meetings. Special emphasis will be given to the relationship between the sound and the image.
