This course develops the core skill set required to diagnose product challenges and make effective product decisions in modern tech companies whether you are managing product or agents. Students will work through real-world cases, focusing on how to frame problems, pick and develop frameworks, and use data and research to inform choices, prioritize under constraints, and navigate trade-offs across functions, as well as align and communicate with constituencies. We will particularly explore how AI is changing product management and the role of the PM.
