This course examines the design and operations of digital platforms-one of the most transformative business models of our era-through the lens of the revolutionary impact of recent technological advances in AI and Machine Learning. Students will explore what drives platform success, from network effects and trust mechanisms to search optimization and monetization strategies, while gaining hands-on experience with the AI-powered analytics and data science tools that fuel these ecosystems.
