MSx: Strategy Beyond Markets

UNITS:3
GRADING:GSB Letter Graded
LEVEL:Graduate
GER:—

Many of the key challenges and opportunities that leaders face today are political, legal and social, rather than involving pure competition in markets. In this course, we will consider a series of decision-making challenges that leaders of organizations have faced that emerge in arenas beyond markets. By the end of the course, participants will develop a novel set of strategies and tools not just for anticipating and managing political risks and opportunities both in the U.S. and around the world but also for identifying when and how they can take leadership roles in shaping these environments and achieving broadly beneficial social impact.
