Short expository readings, guest lectures, discussions, analysis of advanced structures, writing assignments on current Brazilian issues. Emphasis is on expanding students' linguistic repertoire, building paragraphs, organizing arguments, and justifying positions. Prerequisite: Placement Test, PORTLANG PORTLANG 12A, or equivalent.
