This course is for students who want to lead organizations. We teach frameworks for hiring, firing, leading teams, innovation, selling, fundraising, having difficult conversations and making important decisions. The course is less focused on big picture strategy or analysis and more focused on implementation. This course is largely case based, with cases focused on the entrepreneurial journey of a diverse set of case guests. Students will be asked to role play many of their 'answers' live in class.
