Continuation of YORULANG 2. This 4-unit course provides an introduction to Standard Yoruba language and culture. The primary goal of the course is to provide students a foundation in spoken Yoruba as well as some knowledge of reading and writing in the language. Emphasis will be placed on listening, speaking, reading, and writing through communicative activities, enabling students to perform various tasks. Classroom participation and attendance are essential.
