This is a small pilot laboratory course focused on techniques to separate and analyze proteins and nucleic acids. Experiments will include electrophoresis, ion exchange chromatography, kinetics experiments and more. Students currently taking or have already taken Chem CHEM 141 are encouraged to join. Lab will meet once a week for four hours and will include lab report assignments.
