Restricted to M.F.A. Documentary Film students. This course provides an opportunity to each student to explore and craft their own filmmaking practice, both as a series of creative acts and as a set of professional values and heuristics. Through a variety of examples and assignments, students will explore the tension between an artistic practice and its presentation through product, and learn ways of navigating that tension in their own work.
