This 1-unit course offers students an immersive exploration of Spain's rich cultural and historical diversity through one or two preparatory sessions followed by a three-day Bing study excursion. Each trip is organized around one or more themes that, while rooted in a specific region, address broader dynamics relevant to understanding Spain's multifaceted heritage. By visiting historical landmarks, engaging with cultural traditions, and experiencing regional cuisine firsthand, students gain valuable insights into the interplay between local identities and larger cultural, historical, and social contexts.
